Make it so you can't draw the same tactic while it is already in effect#8

Currently, if you redraw the same tactic card while it is in effect it’s a wasted draw. Make tactics more powerful by disabling the card from the pool while it is in effect.

Alternatively, make it so that replaying the tactic adds to the remaining turns timer, so you end up with more time to work with the effect.

Playing same tactics, extends duration for a number of turns specified on the card. Maybe I should make it more clear in tooltip.
