These modules would constantly reduce the amount of damage that Ballistic-class weapons deal to you on the body part they’re attached to, but would negate some of your passive heat dissipation.
They would also be very bulky, awkwardly shaped, and protrude notably, greatly increasing the Exposure of any parts they’re attached to.
