
This idea is, admittedly, meant for when we have access to melee weapons.
A passive module that adds damage to your melee attacks based on your current heat level, as you blast superheated air out of carefully placed vents to either propel your attacks or soften the enemy with the heat.
Would come with an armor value penalty, however, as the vents being in more vulnerable spots mean those spots can’t be armored over as fully.
