Forced Overheat idea#13

A card that completely gets rid of heat but you have to target one of your own body parts and it “overheats” making it unusable for a set amount of turns based on the % of how much heat you had
Something like
0-24% - 2 turns
25-49% - 3 turns
50-74% - 4 turns
75-100% 5 turns
