The legendary precog card that draws 4 cards and does damage for only one AP is too strong.
It’s very easy to get infinite actions with such an effect. After I got a weapon with this I won each subsequent battle on my first turn.
It should be nerfed, having one card that does good damage, low AP and such a high draw is overpowered.
I don’t think you should ever be able to draw 4 cards and do damage for 1AP on a reusable card.
Some suggestions:
Reduce draw down to 3 cards.
Make it a one-shot card that draws up to max hand size.
Make it cost 3 AP and do 3x damage
Or for something more interesting, make it draw 1 card now and +3 cards next turn, so you start with a max hand in the next round and it replaces itself.

I didn´t felt this need to nerf it, but it still be a great card with Reduce draw down to 3 cards. Didn´t liked the other suggestions though. One-shot make it too luck dependant to be worth having, and 3AP for 3x damage is so similar isn´t worth the time the dev would spend changing it.

Nerf will be very subtle, not exactly to card itself. It will be new weapon: “smart laser” with clunky size on grid, and I rework other mechanics that make infinite turn pretty hard to pull of.
