New weapon idea: the ULT Beam#1

Based on teh tech used against Godzilla in his franchise, the ULT (short for Utra-Low-Temperatures) beam weapon reduces your heat and that of your target, but deals high damage. Notably has 0 piercing ability, shredding armor without touching HP until the armor is completely absent.
